If you are an active mail user, and you want to use a Palm or Win CE device to check your Notes/Domino mail via POP, you will notice that there are problems getting a large number of messages over limited bandwith. Typically, you just want the last few days of mail anyways, but there are no POP3 settings that permit this. As a workaround, you can modify the ($POP3) view in your mail file so that it only shows mail from the last few days. Open your mail file in Domino Designer (or the mail template if you want everyone to get the change) and change the view selection formula to the code listed below. This code is for the last 3 days of mail.

Code

DEFAULT DeliveredDate := "";
SELECT DeliveredDate > @Adjust(@Today ; 0 ; 0 ; -3 ; 0 ; 0 ; 0)
